BoxLunch in Lehi, UT is seeking a Sales Associate who loves pop culture and philanthropy to create an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll share fandom knowledge, help customers find merch, stock products, and maintain visual appeal while keeping the customer at the center of every interaction.

You’ll ring up sales, assist with planograms, and collaborate with Store Leadership to keep shelves full and the floor welcoming.

Formación

• Experience in a retail setting with focus on customer service.
• Strong selling skills and product knowledge.
• Must be 18 years or older to join the team.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate within a team.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience and drive repeat visits.
• Maintain assigned areas to store visual standards and planograms.
• Operate the register and process sales, leveraging add-on options.
• Share fandom knowledge with customers and HQ partners as needed.
• Support stockroom organization and store tidiness.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to prevent loss and support operations.
• Contribute to team efforts and assist with additional tasks as needed.
