Job summary

FOCO in Piscataway, NJ is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. You’ll support retail and wholesale accounts, prospect new business, present licensed products, and assist with day-to-day sales operations.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, gaining hands-on experience in wholesale sports merchandise, territory management, and in-market events. This on-site role requires travel to assigned markets.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, merchandising, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 40–60% during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Support existing retail and wholesale accounts across assigned territories.
• Assist with outreach to prospective customers through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
• Help maintain strong relationships with buyers, store managers, and retail partners.
• Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up support.
