Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Some exposure to CRM platforms or customer data tools; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for ad hoc data and exploration.
• Strong fundamentals in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with reporting or dashboarding tools; Power BI preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical audiences; explain findings and recommendations.
• Experience with email marketing or marketing automation tools; Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
• Experience with audience segmentation and campaign measurement is a plus.
• Familiarity with survey data or demographic datasets and explaining findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a data and analytics resource across the organization, partnering with departments to translate questions into analyses and deliver reports.
• Support CRM operations and strategy in Salesforce to manage data hygiene and audience segments.
• Contribute to marketing and campaign execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud; measure performance.
• Analyze fan and audience data to surface insights on behavior, revenue opportunities, and growth.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders across the business.
• Write SQL queries to pull, join, filter, and validate data for ad hoc requests and ongoing reporting.
• Use AI tools to accelerate work while validating outputs and maintaining business needs.
