Job summary

The Denver Broncos Football Club and Stadium Management Company is seeking an Analytics Engineer to pioneer analytics, automation, and data-driven decision making. The role will develop scalable data products and AI-enabled workflows to improve revenue, fan engagement, and operations.

You will partner with stakeholders across Ticketing, Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations to deliver predictive insights and trusted data solutions that drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field (CS, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science).
• 3–4 years of professional experience in analytics engineering, advanced analytics, data science, or related fields.
• 1+ years deploying products built on predictive modeling and ML (MLOps).
• Experience developing lead scoring models, prospecting strategies, and sales intelligence solutions.
• Experience using consumer research, segmentation, and behavioral analytics to generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; translating complex concepts into insights.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted data products that power business decisions.
• Design, develop, and maintain analytics-ready datasets and semantic models.
• Maintain ETL pipelines and data integration into the data warehouse.
• Create scalable reporting solutions for ticketing, marketing, sponsorship, and operations.
• Deliver actionable insights via dashboards and ad hoc analyses.
• Develop attribution frameworks to quantify fan engagement and campaigns.
• Develop lead scoring and prospecting solutions for sales.
• Uncover fan behavior insights to inform strategy.
