We are looking for Tech Hosts to join the Fan Experience team for summer events and the 2025-2026 NBA season at Intuit Dome! The Fan Experience Tech Host role plays a pivotal part of our event day team. This position serves in a variety of front-facing roles that handles technological support such as ticket greeting, ticket redemption, operating digital systems, providing app support, access control, and directional support. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, select weekends, and holidays.
We are looking for an effective communicator, multi-tasker, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns.
On Tuesday, July 15, 2025 we will be hosting an in-person interview event. During this event, you will connect with our hiring managers and participate in one-on-one interviews. Event is by invitation only. Please apply to be considered. We will send email invitations before July 9, 2025.
This is a part-time role based in Inglewood, CA and is not eligible for benefits. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts, NBA games, and special events. Tech Hosts must be available to work at least 75% of all shifts per month.
What You Will Do
- Consistently contribute to the world class fan experience at Intuit Dome that welcomes every fan and demonstrates our service culture commitments.
- Executes onboarding and training protocols as outlined in team SOPs and digital reference tools, maintaining consistency in service delivery.
- Operates event-day technology platforms, including ticket scanning, mobile app support, and fan feedback tools, with confidence and accuracy.
- Stays informed on updates to the Intuit Dome app and staff technologies to assist guests with new features and troubleshoot common issues.
- Proactively pursue opportunities to create positive first impressions and long-lasting, positive memories.
- Supports execution of event-day operations by setting up and managing fan-facing zones, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring readiness of digital tools and physical materials before gates open.
- Delivers exceptional guest service by proactively engaging with fans, answering questions, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless event-day experience.
- Provides real-time feedback on fan trends, technology issues, and operational improvements to enhance the fan journey.
- Communicate the company's policies, programs, and systems.
- Adherence to established guidelines and procedures is important to involve others in the decision-making; there is a need to build consensus rather than make decisions alone
- Open, flowing communication is important. This position requires working with and through others. We are looking for someone with a persuasive, "selling" (rather than "telling") communication style
- Exhibit an extensive knowledge of the venue layouts, seating sections, access control, key venue attractions, key venue personnel identities, emergency activity procedures.
- Maintain event ticket and wristbanding integrity through the use of technology, ticket verification systems, and facility knowledge.
- Proactively create, execute, and learn extensive knowledge about current accessibility requirements.
- Respectfully perform job duties safely and efficiently without accepting monetary value.

What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Poised, well-spoken and professional in appearance, words and actions; comfortable in dealing and/or encountering with VIPs and celebrities professionally.
- Welcoming, positive, and energetic attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adapt quickly to real-time updates or changes in event flow.
- Requires prolonged periods of standing, walking, and maneuvering up/down stairs in an indoor/outdoor environment.
- Expert in the use of technology and current technology trends.
- Comfortable using digital reference tools and participating in scenario-based training to prepare for a variety of fan interactions.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering memorable fan experiences.
- Advanced technical troubleshooting skills for guest-facing tools and platforms (e.g., mobile ticketing, app navigation).
- Effective interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach towards business.
- Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, select weekends, and holidays.
About Intuit Dome:
Opened in August 2024, Intuit Dome is the new home of the LA Clippers and hosts hundreds of sporting events and concerts each year. Located in Inglewood, Calif., Intuit Dome is built different -- it redefines fans’ expectations for live experiences and change the music landscape in Los Angeles.
Set to host the 2026 NBA All-Star game, Intuit Dome is over 1 million square feet and features our team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza and a double-sided Halo Board composed of more than an acre of LED.
Compensation
- The hourly rate is $22 per hour.

Essential Physical Requirements
- Able to lift or move equipment up to 40 pounds
- Able to stand, sit or remain in a stationary position during shift
- Able to bend at the waist, reach overhead and horizontal
- Comfortable working at various heights and in small or enclosed spaces
- Both indoor and outdoor environments; indoor conditions are generally air-conditioned, while outdoor conditions may include inclement weather such as direct sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, sleet, and wind.
- Exposure to high noise levels and high vibrations
