Job summary

Legends Global seeks Supervisors to oversee guest services at stadium events. You will supervise staff, coordinate with kitchen and other teams, enforce safety and policy compliance, and drive high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing inventories and POS revenues, and leading pre-shift briefings. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required; 18+ with food and alcohol safety certs preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain alcohol and food safety certifications before events.
• Available to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other areas for service timing.
• Ensure service requirements for each stand are met.
• Supervise staff and ensure proper training before events.
• Manage inventories, orders, and receiving.
• Reconcile POS systems and revenues.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate updates.
• Enforce compliance with laws, policies, and IDs checks.
• Maintain professional uniforms and safety practices.
