Responsibilities

• Greet fans and guide them to seating, entry, and amenities.
• Assist with event procedures for entry, seating, and access control.
• Monitor assigned areas for safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance.
• Assist guests with ADA requests and accessibility needs with urgency and empathy.
• Support staff during pre-event briefings and post-event wrap‑up.
