Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a retail supervisor to deliver a legendary fan experience at the University of Michigan store in Ann Arbor. You will lead a diverse team, manage merchandise presentation, and ensure high-quality customer service during events.

The role emphasizes selling, planogram compliance, and inventory accuracy, with night/weekend hours and event-driven shifts as part of campus operations. Competitive hourly compensation and solid benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Honesty and integrity in all actions and language.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
• Be willing to work extended hours on event days.
• Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Accuracy in open and close procedures.
• Able to open or close a retail store and manage store associates.
• Innovative self-starter who can work independently and in a team.
• Ability to work nontraditional hours, including nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ascertain interest to make sales recommendations.
• Provide an exciting, positive environment for team and fan base.
• Demonstrate ownership in cleaning, re-stocking, and tasks.
• Present merchandise to increase sale with add-ons.
• Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain use.
• Maintain inventory, merchandise placement, and counts; assist in inventory.
• Keep current on promotions and events on campus.
• Read and implement plan-ograms; merchandising of event gift shops.
• Assist the store set-up team with merchandising of gift shops.
