Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL is seeking a retail supervisor to deliver a legendary fan experience at the University of Michigan on-site store. You will lead a team, greet guests, drive sales, and ensure accurate POS operations while maintaining high standards during events.

Role requires extra hours on event days, weekend work, and the ability to lift 50lbs. Join a team that values guest-centric service and teamwork in a dynamic campus environment.

Qualifications

• Honesty and integrity in all actions and language.

• Be willing to work extended hours on event days.
• Must be able to work weekends & overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our diverse team & fan base.
• Greet guests & ascertain their interest, so you may make sales recommendations.
• Excellent accuracy when using POS systems.
• Demonstrate ownership in cleaning, re-stocking, & any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Present merchandise to increase sale with add on items.
• Keep current on promotions & events on campus and in-store.
