A leading hospitality company is seeking a Fan Ambassador Lead in Atlanta, GA to enhance the fan experience. This role involves supporting daily operations, assisting in the training of team members, and ensuring fan satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends. A Food handlers’ card is required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and able to write in basic English.
• Previous guest services management and/or retail management experience preferred.
• Must be willing to obtain Food handlers’ card.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Pillars of Service to life through team and fan interactions.
• Assist in training Fan Ambassadors to deliver an exceptional fan experience.
• Ensure each fan is taken care of from arrival through departure.
