The Philadelphia Phillies - Game Day is seeking a friendly, high-energy team member to assist in fan interaction areas across ballpark venues. You’ll support marketing events, non-game day events, and on-park promotions, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include engaging fans at attractions, staffing kiosks during home games, and collaborating with the Events Department on activations. Must enjoy working with children and large crowds.

Formación

• Customer service experience required.
• Energetic, motivated and professional demeanor.
• Ability to interact with children in a friendly manner.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Available for 40 home games; weekend days per homestand.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Engage fans at ballpark attractions to promote a positive experience.
• Staff Phillies kiosks during home games.
• Assist Events Dept with promotional activities and non-game day events.
• Support sponsor activations and partner marketing efforts.
• Ensure safety and crowd management as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
