Dairy Queen franchisees are hiring for the Fan Experience Squad to welcome guests and prepare treats, delivering hospitality during high-volume periods. Team Members are valued and trained to create positive experiences for Fans while working with an excellent leadership team.

Responsibilities include taking, fulfilling, and serving food orders, maintaining a clean restaurant and restrooms, and delivering an elevated dining experience.

• Serving our Fans with both speed and friendliness
• Assisting in keeping the restaurant and bathrooms clean at all times
• Delivering an elevated dining experience to all Fans
• Show up on time, maintain a great attitude and stay focused for your entire shift
• Constantly improve yourself by finding ways to do your work better and/or faster
• Be responsible to fill your shift if you are unable to work
• Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership for your work
