Job summary

Inter Miami CF is seeking a Store Supervisor for the official club retail location at Fort Lauderdale International Airport. You will lead daily operations in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment driven by fans and travelers, focusing on maximizing merchandise sales while maintaining security compliance and excellent customer experiences.

You will supervise warehouse shipping/receiving, inventory, stocking, training of associates, and brand stewardship as a Inter Miami CF ambassador.

Qualifications

1-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in a retail or merchandising setting.
Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain an efficient and well-organized workspace.
Maintain full-time availability to work rotating shifts and ensure continuous, smooth operation of the Inter Miami CF airport retail store.
Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with staff, airport authorities, and diverse customers.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. and work in demanding environments.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Ability to pass comprehensive airport background checks.

Responsibilities

Maintain high store standards and adhere to airport security protocols.
Oversee all warehouse shipping and receiving functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
Manage the replenishment process to ensure the retail floor is consistently stocked with merchandise.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
Work with the General Manager to determine the most efficient layout and storage solutions.
Ensure all stock is clearly labeled, stored systematically, and accessible for restocking and inventory management.
Keep accurate records of all shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
Audit markdowns and inventory processes for accuracy and compliance with standards.
Partner with the General Manager to train and develop store associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Recognize and encourage team members through regular feedback and collaboration.
Act as a brand ambassador for Inter Miami CF, ensuring merchandise operations reflect the club's professionalism and values.
Ensure exceptional customer service to travelers in a fast-paced environment.
Support additional projects and duties as assigned by the General Manager, including assisting with retail initiatives, seasonal promotions, and operational improvements.
Support scheduling and daily workforce planning to ensure proper staffing coverage aligned with business needs.
Provide hands-on leadership, setting expectations, monitoring performance, and holding team members accountable to operational and customer service standards.
