Job summary

Nashville Soccer Club is seeking enthusiastic Street Team members to serve as community ambassadors during the 2025 season. You will engage fans at home matches, away watch parties, and public events, helping to lift the matchday experience and spread club messaging.

We value strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs. Training is provided, bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Commit to all Nashville SC matchdays (home and away).
• Able to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Outgoing, energetic presence with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn club promotions and ticket programs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate on-site activations and promotional events while delivering excellent customer service.
• Promote club initiatives, ticket programs, and brand messaging as an extension of the Marketing Department.
• Assist guests as part of the GEODIS Park guest experience team when needed.
• Engage with fans to encourage participation, distribute giveaways, and provide event information.
• Set up, operate, and break down interactive displays and promotional booths.
• Distribute marketing collateral in an organized, professional manner.
• Collect and report feedback and insights to supervisors.
