Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals and schedules.
• Forklift training certificate or ability to obtain.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fans and blowers according to order instructions.
• Perform final inspection for defects and ensure correct accessories and motors.
• Report malfunctions or needed repairs to the Lead.
• Process time sheets and scrap reports accurately.
• Use PPE per local safety requirements.
• May test finished products for balance and RPM after training.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; operate cranes as needed.
• Understand basics of electricity for testing environments.
• Adapt quickly to changing business needs and uphold company values.
