Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to empathize with diverse populations.
• Certification in family support or counseling is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with community resources and social service systems.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule.

In this role, you will work closely with families to provide support, resources, and advocacy to help them achieve their goals and improve their well-being.
