Job summary

Teller County's Department of Human Services is seeking a Case Services Aide II – Ongoing to provide supervised court-ordered visitations between children and their families in a variety of settings to promote and/or maintain the bonding/relationship of the child(ren) and parent/family; may provide para-professional services in support of a treatment plan developed by professional caseworkers. Location: Woodland Park, on site.

40 hours per week with some evenings and weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of public contact experience involving providing services.
• One year in a social service agency; substitution allowed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise court-ordered visitations and coordinate schedules.
• Provide transportation to clients as needed.
• Meet with supervisor and caseworkers to review case plans; provide information to therapists.
• Input referrals and other forms into computer systems; maintain confidentiality.
