Job summary

Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is seeking a Transport Support Worker in Kansas to provide transportation and visitation support for children and families involved in the child welfare system. You will play a critical role in promoting well-being, attend staff meetings and trainings, and coordinate with other agencies delivering Permanency Services.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in child and family services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of experience in child and family services preferred.
• Predictive Index assessments may be used in hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation and visitation support for children and families in the child welfare system.
• Coordinate with other agencies providing Permanency Services and participate in staff meetings/trainings.
• Promote well-being of children through reliable, compassionate service and advocacy.
