Job summary

Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is seeking a Transport Support Worker to provide transportation and visitation support for children and families involved in the child welfare system. This part-time role is up to 20 hours per week and requires working on Sundays, with a High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in child and family services.

You will promote well-being, participate in staff meetings and trainings, and coordinate with other agencies providing Permanency Services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in child and family services.
• Evening availability required for at least one day a week.
• Experience working with children and families in the child welfare system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation and visitation support for children and families involved in the child welfare system.
• Promote the well-being of children and coordinate with Permanency Services and other agencies.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Build healthy, long-lasting relationships by connecting families to resources.
