Job summary

Monte Nido Clementine, located in West Linn, Oregon, is seeking an Adolescent Family Therapist to join our multidisciplinary teams. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents with eating disorders and related conditions, coordinating with nutrition, medical, and outpatient services.

The role includes liaison work with families, pre-certification with insurers, discharge planning, and therapeutic meal support, all while upholding a diverse, inclusive practice and safe,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related field, or applicable license.
• Experience with eating disorders is helpful.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Serve as liaison with families and outpatient providers.
• Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management.
• Participate in discharge and aftercare planning.
• Provide therapeutic meal support while modeling a healthy relationship with food.
• Deliver care that respects clients’ intersecting identities.

programs are residential treatment programs exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. we are seeking Family Therapists to join our multi-disciplinary treatment teams. Our teams consist of nutrition, clinical, medical, and holistic support to support clients get to healing!

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday- Thursday

Pay:

up to $90k

Bonus:

sign-on $5k or relocation of $10k

Qualifications::

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimum
• OR license
• in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
• Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
