Job summary

Monte Nido Clementine in West Linn, Oregon, seeks an Adolescent Family Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team delivering individual, group, and family therapy for eating disorders and related conditions. This onsite role collaborates with nutrition, medical, and clinical staff to support clients toward recovery.

The position offers a competitive salary up to $90k, with a $5k sign-on bonus or $10k relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical counseling or related discipline.
• License in counseling field (LMFT/LCSW/LPC) or eligible.
• Experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy.
• Liaison with families and outpatient providers.
• Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management.
• Participating in discharge and aftercare planning.
• Therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with food.
• Provides safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the client’s intersecting identities.

Located in West Linn, Oregon

Monte Nido Clementine programs are residential treatment programs exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

We are seeking Family Therapists to join our multi-disciplinary treatment teams. Our teams consist of nutrition, clinical, medical, and holistic support to support clients get to healing!

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday- Thursday

Pay: up to $90k

Bonus: sign-on $5k or relocation of $10k
