ABOUT THE JOB
The Family Team Conference (FTC Coordinator) schedules and tracks required conferences for programs and facilitates conferences that are not facilitated by ACS. The purpose is to assist the team to make quality decisions related to child safety, well-being and permanency. In addition, the facilitator provides support to program staff and families. FTC Coordinators work with multiple borough-based programs.
KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
EDUCATIONAL / TRAINING REQUIRED:
Master’s degree and License in Social Work (LMSW, LCSW preferred) or Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) and a minimum of 18 months of experience with children and families preferably in a child welfare setting.

Master’s degree without a license with 5 years of work experience in a child welfare setting.
-OR-
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of work experience in a child welfare setting.
