Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Social Work.
• New York State Registration as an LCSW with at least one year of post-graduate experience.
• New York State Registration as an LMSW with at least three years of experience or equivalent supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend and facilitate all Family Team Conferences (FTC) focusing on child safety, risk, wellbeing and permanency.
• Provide case conferencing and consultation to review and ensure appropriateness of decisions and service plans.
• Complete administrative duties including documentation, data entry, and preparation of reports related to Family Team Conferencing.
