Seamen’s Society for Children and Families in New York City seeks a Family Team Conferencing Supervisor to lead and mentor a team of FTC facilitators, ensuring timely scheduling and compliant conferences under ACS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• Two years of supervisory experience, preferably in foster care.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings.
• Travel between Staten Island and Brooklyn required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Family Team Conference facilitators and a case aide.
• Ensure FTCs are scheduled for all foster care units before FASP due date.
• Send FTC invitations and monthly calendar to staff.
• Monitor documentation in Connections and maintain timely records.
• Facilitate FTCs and treatment team meetings as needed.
