Position Overview

Are you passionate about helping families and making a positive impact in your community? We are seeking a friendly and compassionate individual to join us as a Family Support Worker. In this role, you will provide essential support and guidance to families in need, helping them navigate challenges and promote healthy development.

Details

• Status: Part-Time Hourly
• FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
• Caseload: Up to six families
• Reporting To: Supervisor and Program Director

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, human and child development, counseling, sociology, or related field from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of one year of related experience
• Experience working with high-risk youth and families preferred
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance
• Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus
