Job summary

Logan Community Resources seeks a Family Support Therapist for the Early Learning Partnerships in St. Joseph County. The role partners with local programs to educate families, clients, and professionals in behavior management, goal setting, functional analysis, and communication development.

With Clinical Licensure, the therapist can provide individual and group therapy. Logan offers a robust benefits package and collaboration with local schools and health partners to support autism services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA credential if working in a consultation role.
• In Indiana, fully licensed Clinical Social Worker required.
• Must meet requirements to serve First Steps Clients in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments for clients as needed and appropriate.
• Develop therapy plans to assist clients at home, school and in the community.
• Provide training to parents and staff on behavior plans and therapy goals.
• Monitor and modify therapy treatment plans as needed.
• Provide training for families and professionals in ABA (if BCBA), Positive Behavior Supports, and other accommodations.
• Provide direct therapy at center, home, or other environments.
• Coordinate with area schools and provider agencies in behavior supports.
• Support families and help locate resources for treatment.
• Develop and conduct training series on autism topics.
• Supervise LOGAN staff working with BCBA/Social Worker caseloads.
• Collaborate with LOGAN partners and promote service sustainability.
