Job summary

Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is seeking a Full-time Direct Support Team Supervisor in Maricopa County to lead a team assisting youths and families. The role blends program leadership with clinical work, allowing continued family-centered practice while expanding leadership capabilities.

The supervisor will manage a small caseload, design interventions, facilitate team meetings, and ensure outcomes are met. Afternoon, evening, and weekend work, plus travel, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years related work experience or a Related Bachelor's degree.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and create interventions to support youths and families.
• Build positive connections with children, families and team members.
• Communicate effectively with families, therapy teams, case managers and management.
• Provide clinical supervision and oversee team activities in home/community settings.
• Lead team meetings, family intakes, and write assessments and support plans.
• Schedule flexibility; travel to different cities; respond to on-call rotation.
• Perform other duties related to the position.
