Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) in Maricopa County is seeking a Full-time Direct Support Team Supervisor to lead a small, focused caseload and supervise a team delivering intensive services to youth in community settings.

The role blends program leadership with clinical work, demanding strong communication with families and collaborations with care teams, providing supervision, and driving outcomes through creative interventions.

Qualifications

• Five years of related work experience or a related Bachelor's degree required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and create unique interventions to support youth.
• Relate to and build positive connections with children and adults in a strength-based, family-centered way.
• Communicate effectively with families, team members, therapists, and management.
• Facilitate team meetings, family intakes, and write assessments and support plans.
• Drive scheduling across cities and work in homes and communities; participate in on-call rotation.
