Over the years, services have expanded to support children, adults, and families across multiple states, including residential settings, day programs, employment assistance, managed care, and home and community based services. Responsibilities

• Provide short‑term, time‑limited coordination of services and resources to all assigned families based on the needs, concerns, and stressors of the children and the family.
• Meet with families on a schedule that meets contract requirements and addresses issues or concerns, using evidence‑based curriculum and community resources such as nutrition, home management, communication and negotiation skills, child development, safe sleep education, and systems of support.
• Accept responsibility for cases assigned by the Team Lead and work collaboratively to help families reach positive outcomes.
• Ensure contract timelines are met, including weekly progress notes and all other assigned tasks.
• Be flexible to meet the needs of the families served, including evenings and weekends; accept emergency phone responsibility when assigned.
• Travel extensively within the assigned county or metro area as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s level degree with related work experience in family dynamics.
• Education and/or experience related to the services provided and the ability to work with families of varied lifestyles, backgrounds, and ethnicities.
• Experience with cultural diversity, assessing family strengths and weaknesses, knowledge of child abuse, neglect and child development, and a working knowledge of child safety regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective listening, accurate grammar, and the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders such as clients, advisors, and state personnel (ADCS).
• Ability to write and review assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and interpret policies and state Family Preservation regulations.
• Language ability beyond English may be required to meet specific client needs.
• Appropriate telephone etiquette and use of personal cell phone.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Google Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed; occasional evening hours may be required.
• Must obtain a clear pre‑employment drug test and satisfactory background check, including a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and clearance of the Arizona Central Registry.
• Must have reliable transportation that passes vehicle inspections, valid car insurance, valid registration, and a non‑suspended Arizona driver’s license.
