Job summary

A four-year degree in social work, psychology, child development, or related field is required, with at least one year of case management or home visiting experience with at-risk families.

• One year case management or home visiting experience or working with at-risk families.

Responsibilities

• Develop mutually trusting relationships with families and act as an advocate for families.
• Provide support services as needed and collaborate with teachers to serve families in Head Start Center Based program.
• Assist families in determining needs and developing goals to meet those needs.
