Job summary

Required: high school diploma, 2+ years working with families; associate degree preferred; bilingual abilities may be needed for translation and outreach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience serving families.
• Knowledge of community resources to support programming.
• Bilingual may be needed for review/translation.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Responsibilities

• Provide Center orientation to new families.
• Assist families with applications or referral consents.
• Develop and implement family support programming.
• Coordinate center-driven programming and events.
• Refer families to community resources and programs.
• Document services and complete reports; input data.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming center environment.
• Support collaboration with partner agencies and staff.
