Job summary

Center For Family Services is seeking a dedicated Family Support Coordinator for the ReConnections Family Support Center in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The role focuses on peer-to-peer coaching, wellness planning, and helping families access treatment and recovery resources.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, 2+ years in the substance use field or lived experience, CPRS certification, and a valid driver's license. Some nights and weekends plus travel across Southern NJ are required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• 2+ years experience in the substance use field or lived experience.
• CPRS (Certified Peer Recovery Specialist) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Create an engaging, respectful environment for 1:1 peer support (in person, phone, or telehealth).
• Develop individualized wellness plans with measurable goals.
• Provide families with information on treatment resources and support options.
