Job summary

Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED required.
- Some college or bachelor's degree, or experience in substance use field.
- CPRS experience may be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Construct individualized wellness plans with families with measurable goals.
- Provide resources on substance use treatment and related services.
- Coordinate services with systems involved with the family.
- Inform families about Naloxone training and where to purchase kits.
- Advocate for families and connect them with recovery resources.
- Lead psychoeducation and support groups as needed.
- Motivate loved ones to engage in treatment and recovery supports.
- Teach positive communication skills and conduct role-plays with parents.
