Job summary

Benchmark Human Services seeks a Family Support Specialist in Great Falls, MT to assist families with access to Montana Milestones and related services under Part C and FES definitions. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and experience with families and children; leadership, teamwork, and strong communication are valued.

Position includes benefits and opportunities for growth within our supportive, mission-driven organization. Must reside in or near Great Falls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience with families and children preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Function in intake/coordinator role for services.
• Assist eligibility determinations and referrals.
• Conduct family assessments and observe child development.
• Coordinate evaluations and IFSP planning.
• Inform families of parental rights and available services.
• Maintain accurate case records and coordinate with providers.
