Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, education, human services or related field.
• Up to two years of family support case management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Inform families and help them access community supports and entitlements.
• Assist families in obtaining state and federal benefits (SSI, CommonHealth, etc.).
• Understand Massachusetts special education laws and collaborate with other agencies.
• Supervise support staff in family homes and coordinate with DDS and DCF teams.
