Devereux Arizona’s Community Based Services are designed to provide rapid, intensive, in‑home support in the critical days/weeks following a crisis. Services include intensive, one‑on‑one in‑home support, crisis and safety planning, family support and coaching, behavior management, and coordination with community supports. We are looking for talented individuals with experience in behavioral health, working with families and at‑risk youth, to be a positive role model and make an impact on families.
The team works one‑to‑one with youth aged 2‑17 in a natural setting—home, school, group home, foster care, or kinship placement. Staff manage a caseload of 3‑5 individuals, teaching essential life and emotional regulation skills, behavior reduction, anger management, coping with trauma‑related behaviors, and communication techniques to help youth succeed at home, in school and in the community. Other duties include collaborating with the Child/Family Team, intakes, case management, and chart maintenance/documentation.
$21.00 – $23.10 per hour.
Full‑time and part‑time schedules: Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday – Thursday; ability to work afternoons/nights (as late as 8:30 pm).
Ability to commute throughout Maricopa County using your own vehicle (with mileage reimbursement).
