Job summary

Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas, INC. in Topeka, KS is seeking a skilled Program Supervisor to support day-to-day operations of Family Support programming, ensuring high-quality, welcoming service and consistent delivery.

The role oversees food pantry, meal services, clothing ministry and volunteers, supervising staff and volunteers, coordinating schedules, and maintaining documentation in HMIS, with emphasis on collaboration, diversity, and mission alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum three years’ HMIS experience.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of food pantry operations, including inventory management and distribution.
• Oversee coordination and implementation of meal services, including scheduling and volunteer support.
• Oversee clothing ministry operations, including donation management and distribution.
• Supervise assigned staff and volunteers with regular coaching and performance support.
• Serve as the first point of contact for the volunteer department.
• Coordinate volunteer schedules and daily assignments.
• Assist with training and onboarding of staff and volunteers.
• Ensure efficient daily operations and consistent service delivery.
