Job summary

The Community Group in Massachusetts is seeking a Family Specialist to provide support and counseling to families about state financial subsidies for early education, after school, and camp. You will establish and maintain subsidy records and coordinate eligibility, while connecting families with additional resources.

Qualifications

• Must meet EEC regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Well organized with satisfactory computer skills.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to travel locally.
• Background in childcare or bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful.
