Job summary

The Community Group in Massachusetts is seeking a Family Specialist to provide support and counseling to families about state financial subsidies for early education, after school, and camp.   • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to travel locally.
  • Background in childcare or bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful.

Job description

The Family Specialist provides support and counseling to families regarding state financial subsidies for early education, after school, and camp. Establishes and maintains subsidy records.
