Job summary

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in the field of family services.
• Familiarity with DHS procedures.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the family services department.
• Manage and maintain departmental reports.
• Ensure referrals to employment readiness services and community resources.
• Carry a caseload when a staff vacancy exists.
• Ensure timely intakes and signature for each.
• Perform chart audits to ensure compliance with mandates.
• Provide ongoing training and support to staff.
• Adhere to State and DHS mandates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
