Position Overview

The Family Services Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for families receiving non-medical in-home care services. This role focuses on supporting family satisfaction, coordinating non-clinical service needs, and ensuring clear communication between families and internal care teams. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a main contact for families, providing timely and professional communication

What This Role Does Not Include
  • No hands-on caregiving
  • No medical or clinical responsibilities
  • No medication administration, or nursing duties

Compensation & Benefits
