Qualifications

• 3 years of child welfare or clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and review DCF referrals and determine needs for service coordination.
• Oversee emergency placements and step-down transitions.
• Lead Family Networks diversion teams and coordinate with service managers.
• Link DCF service plans with provider treatment plans.
• Respond to crisis management needs appropriately.
• Promote quality improvement and compliance with policies.
