Catholic Charities of Baltimore is hiring a Family Service Coordinator I to organize and track Head Start program activities, recruit and enroll children, and develop family partnerships. You will partner with education teams, coordinate parent trainings, and maintain child health records, working Monday–Friday 8am–4pm.

Qualifications include an Associates degree (minimum) with potential for higher levels; strong computer, communication, and community liaison skills are essential to promote

Qualifications

• Combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Associates degree in human services or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human services or related field strengthens candidacy.

Responsabilités

• Establish productive relationships with parents/caregivers to support child and family wellbeing.
• Identify local resources and facilitate referrals for children and families.
• Link families to ongoing health services and coordinate initial health screenings.
• Organize recruitment activities with ERSEA team and coordinate parent trainings.
• Maintain updated health records for Head Start children per guidelines.
