The Coeur d'Alene Tribe is seeking a Family Services Coordinator to oversee the coordination of ECLC services, focusing on IFPA development, family engagement, parent training, and resource referrals. The role includes data collection, reporting, and building strong community partnerships to support families from birth to age 5.

Responsibilities include coordinating IFPA data, conducting monthly follow-ups, and promoting transitions and family engagement through collaborative efforts with ECLC

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in social work, sociology, psychology, family studies, counseling or related field.
  • Master’s degree or higher in related field preferred.
  • Experience with Native American families is valued.
  • Good judgment and strong communication skills required.
  • Ability to use word processing and database software.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate IFPA data collection and monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Enter enrollment data into ChildPlus and complete ERSEA/IFPA processes.
  • Schedule monthly follow-ups with families to track progress and barriers.
  • Coordinate services with families to access needed resources.
  • Collaborate with community partners and agencies for services.
  • Facilitate family engagement activities and transition planning.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Family Studies, Counseling, Family Development, or related field
Master’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Family Studies, Counseling, Family Development, or related field
