Job summary

The Coeur d’Alene Tribe’s ECLC seeks a Family Services Coordinator to coordinate IFPA development, family engagement, parent training and resource referrals, with emphasis on data collection to inform goals and outcomes.

Responsibilities include data reporting, coordinating services, advocacy, staff collaboration, and ensuring Head Start standards, with flexible schedule and readiness to work extended hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Social Work or related field.
• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Experience with Native American families.
• Knowledge of Head Start and ERSEA processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IFPA development and baseline data collection.
• Schedule monthly follow-ups with families and track progress.
• Collaborate with community partners to connect resources.
• Maintain ChildPlus data for enrolled families.
• Advocate for families and participate in transition activities.
