Job summary

The State of Nevada, Division of Child and Family Services, is seeking a Casework Management Specialist I underfill for FFPSA in Elko, Fallon, Fernley, or Yerington. You will screen, assess, and coordinate services for families to determine FFPSA eligibility and ensure ongoing safety and service engagement.

The position involves collaboration with FFPSA providers, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related social science or human services field.
• Experience with case assessment and service coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and implement case plans and safety plans with clients and families.
• Assess clients using agency tools to identify social service needs and rights.
• Coordinate services, referrals, and resources with providers and community organizations.
• Prepare reports and monitor progress to ensure client goals are met.
