Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Case Manager to support permanency efforts for children and families. A bachelor’s degree in human services (or related field) and at least 2 years in child placement are required, with predictive index assessments part of the hiring process.

You will work closely with families to build emotional regulation, healthy communication, and conflict resolution skills, while connecting them to community resources and developing individualized plans.

• Predictive Index assessments assist hiring managers determine if a candidate may be a good match for the position.
