Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Two years or more of full-time college coursework.
• One year of full-time college coursework AND one year or more of experience providing direct client services.
• Two years or more of experience providing direct client services.

Responsibilities

• Assist Family Services Workers and the District Office with case management and client services.
• Gather information for case files and provide administrative support.
• Interact with clients during contact visits and coordinate appointments.
• Transport children and clients to appointments as needed.
