Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher or equivalent
• Two years or more of full-time college coursework
• One year of full-time college coursework AND one year or more of experience providing direct client services
• Two years or more of experience providing direct client services

Responsibilities

• Assist Family Services Workers and District Office in case management and client services.
• Gather information for case files and provide administrative support.
• Interact with clients during contact visits and arrange appointments.
• Transport children and clients to appointments as needed.
• Perform duties with occasional travel requiring valid driver's license and insurance.

Education

Associate's degree or higher

Two years or more of full-time college coursework

One year of full-time college coursework AND one year or more of direct client services experience

Two (2) years or more of experience providing direct client services
