Job summary

The State of Vermont is seeking a Human Services Case Aide II - Temporary to support the Family Services Division of DCF. You will assist case workers, collect data for case files, and provide direct client interaction for contact visits. Travel to appointments with children and clients may be required.

This temporary role emphasizes administrative support, data collection, and compassionate client service in a standard office setting, with potential non-standard hours based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher OR two years of college coursework.
• One year of college coursework plus one year of direct client services experience.
• Two years or more of direct client services experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Family Services Workers and District Office in case management and client services.
• Gather information for case files and provide administrative support.
• Interact with clients during contact visits and arrange appointments.
• Transport children and clients to appointments when needed.
