Job summary

Butler County ESC in Hamilton, Ohio is seeking a Family Service Worker for Case Management to support Head Start families, maintain caseloads, and connect families with community services and health resources.

Qualifications

• Must pass criminal background checks and be free from communicable disease.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enrolled families in Head Start centers according to standards.
• Serve as liaison between parents and staff; ensure comprehensive services for children on caseload.
• Link families with community social/health services for direct support.
• Maintain health and safety of children and provide active supervision.

POSITION: Family Service Worker for Case Management

STARTING DATE: As soon as possible

SALARY: $20.00 - $26.50 based on education and experience

WORK YEAR: Full Time - 194 or 210 Days

DEADLINE: 9/27/26 internal candidates, until filled all others

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: To maintain enrolled families in Head Start centers in accordance with Head Start Standards, Ohio Department of Education Pre-School regulations, BCESC policies and procedures; caseload size is determined by center's program option(s); ensure compliance with Head Start Standards; serve as a liaison between parents and staff; ensure that comprehensive services are provided for all children on caseload and to link families with the appropriate community social service/health service agency for direct services. To maintain the health and safety of children. To provide active supervision of students.
